Our Commitment
Every piece is made with care and inspected before it leaves our hands. If something is not right, we want to make it right.

Returns
Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Custom Orders
Custom color or design orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged.
