Processing Time
Every E.M. Loops piece is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be crafted before it ships. During peak seasons (November–December), processing may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within the USA takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
